Jervis Next Top Model Search Is On
Jervis Shopping Centre has joined forces with 1st Options Model Management to seek out the country’s hottest new male and female model. The Jervis Next Top Model search will take place in Jervis Shopping Centre daily from 4th to 16th May between 12 and 5pm.
Video auditions will take place in Jervis Shopping Centre daily from 4th to 16th May between 12 and 5pm. Model hopefuls will enter the Jervis Fashion Booth where their runway walk will be recorded and uploaded to Jervis SC’s facebook page for the public to vote for their favourite model.
The top 10 finalists will walk the Jervis catwalk on the 19th May, strutting their stuff and showing that they have what it takes to be a top model. The winners, one male and one female, will be chosen by TV fashionista Brendan Courtney.
The winners will receive a contract with 1st Option Modeling Agency, a €300 shopping spree and a double page feature in U Magazine.
Co-founder of 1st Options, Jules Fallon, commented on what makes a top model: “We will be looking out for models with a special something that will makes stand out from the crowd. A top model needs to versatile, both on the catwalk and in photo shoots.”
The competition is open to females ages 14 - 35 and males 20+. Minimum height for females 5ft 7” and 6 ft for guys. It is advised to come along with a natural make-up look, an outfit that flatters your figure and for the ladies to wear stilettos and a handbag.
Brendan will also be at Jervis Shopping Centre on the 12th and 19th of May checking out the hottest summer looks live from the Jervis Catwalk. Fashion shows will take place at 12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm and 4.30pm daily, showing key trends from Forever 21, New Look, TopShop, M&S and many more. From showing how to recreate Gatsby glamour to finding the perfect outfit for the fashionable mum and funky kids, there’s something for all age groups at the Jervis Catwalk.
